Born in Vicenza "Rosá" Italy in April 1945. When he was three years old, his family migrated to Buenos Aires, Argentina. His great-grandfather Antonio Baggio, was a drawing and sculpture professor in the Venice Fine Arts School, his father Aldo Armando Tessarolo was a baritone and violinist, his uncle German Tessarolo Baggio painter and publicist. Passionate for painting and drawing since he was a child, he participated in various individual and collective exhibitions. In 1969 he decided to establish himself in Bogota, Colombia were he pursued his career as a painter and constantly traveled to Europe and the United States
